SAPULPA PUBLIC SCHOOLS - A few dozen students met outside the Middle School Friday morning to remember the 17 victims of the Florida high school shooting.
The group, led by the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, discussed what happened at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School on Valentine's Day and named each of the victims.
They held a moment of silence and then read aloud 17 "I will" statements. Those statements are declarations made by the students about how they will make a difference at school and in the community.
