Fall 2023 Homecoming schedule of events

(SPS) -- Chieftains will soon kick off fall Homecoming, and a week of festivities is planned to celebrate team spirit, Sapulpa alumni and the community!

Spirit Week Days begin Monday, Sept. 18 and the week concludes with the football game against Durant at Collins Stadium.

Below is the schedule of dress-up days from Sapulpa High School STUCO so you can plan your outfits accordingly:
Monday, Sept. 18 - "Home"run - Sports Day
Tuesday, Sept. 19 - Make Yourself at "Home" - PJ's Day (school appropriate)
Wednesday, Sept. 20 - "Home"ies - Twin Day
Thursday, Sept. 21 - "Home" away from "Home" - Tourist Day
Friday, Sept. 22 - There's no place like "Home" - Chieftain Blue Out

Homecoming gets into full swing on Thursday, September 21, with the annual parade. It begins at 6:30 p.m. at Dewey and Poplar and will continue down Dewey to the high school.

Thursday, Sept. 21, 6:30 p.m. - Parade on Dewey

Friday, Sept. 22:
12:15 p.m. - Student Assembly at Shaw Auditorium
6:30 p.m. - Processional and Coronation at Collins Stadium
7:00 p.m. - Kickoff vs. Durant at Collins Stadium
Big Blue Band and Alumni halftime performance
Football clear bag policy and security regulations
All Friday events will be streamed live on Chieftain TV!

Saturday, Sept. 23, 8:00 p.m. - Dance at High School Commons
