Sapulpa Cross Country places 4th at State

(SPS) -- Update 10.28.2023 -- At the State Cross Country meet in Edmond Saturday, the boys' varsity team placed fourth with an outstanding 5K average of 16:53. Senior Izsik Meza was named 5A All State with a 9th place finish and a new 16:21 personal best time. Destinee Miller ran as an individual and had a top 30 performance and a 20:59 personal record. Congratulations, team!
(SPS) -- After placing third in 5A at the east Regional on Saturday, October 21, the varsity boys' cross country team is heading to State. The State run is Saturday, October 28, at Edmond Santa Fe High School.
Destinee Miller on the girls' varsity team also qualified to run at State. On the boys' side, Rylan Coleman and Clayton McCullough were named 5A East All Region.
On Saturday, October 28, 5A girls run at 10:15 a.m. and boys run at 11 a.m.
