(SPS) --You can take a trip abroad just by visiting Sapulpa Junior High's foreign language hall.
Students celebrated Foreign Language Week the week before spring break, bringing completed art projects and posters to decorate the halls and their classrooms.
The theme of 2022's Foreign Language Week was "Celebrating Humanity through Language." Each Spanish student spent weeks perfecting a cultural heritage project. They displayed drawings, paintings and elaborate piñatas.
Students could also choose from activities such as preparing recipes, writing, music, or interviews with individuals who traveled to or lived in a Spanish-speaking country.
We are so impressed with what the students created to appreciate and learn about Spanish-language cultures!
