The first Friday of every month is TAPS Popcorn & Hat day at HPE!
Kids can wear ANY kind of hat they want... whether it is a silly hat, a big hat, a baseball hat, or a tiny hat!
Students also receive a bag of popcorn courtesy of TAPS!
We accept donations to help fund popcorn throughout the year!
